2010 SUMMER BOYS HS STP PROGRAM (for returning Varsity and JV Players only) - priority registration goes to current returning Varsity and JV players, then Junior Gold players who will Junior and Seniors next season.

2010 SOPHOMORE STP PROGRAM (One Group)

STP is a complete off-season training program. The training program offers a comprehensive and systematic plan for the development of the participant’s  technical, tactical, and physical hockey skills.

ON-ICE TRAINING (6 Weeks / 36 Hours):  On-ice training begins Monday, June 14, 2010.  All on-ice sessions are at Plymouth Ice Center. 

ON-ICE TRAINING:  Monday through Thursday
Time:  12:15pm - 1:45pm

DRY-LAND TRAINING:  TWO OPTIONS 

Option 1 - Trojan Power Program:  This dry-land option is great for the athlete that participates in other sports in addition to hockey; Dry-land Training with Trojan Power Program:  Monday through Thursday
Time:  9:45 - 11:15am (HS football players may sign up for the session that begins at 8:00am)

Option  2 - Acceleration Northwest (2 Choices):  This training is great for the athlete who prefers more individual or small group instructional training and concentrate more on hockey specific training.  Dry-land scheduling for Acceleration is flexible and worked around your schedule!  Select Preference below.

Cost:    $680 - On-ice with dryland OPTION 1 - TROJAN POWER PROGRAM

            $865 - On-ice with dryland OPTION 2, #1 - ACCELERATION NORTHWEST

            $865 - On-ice with dryland OPTION 2, #2 - ACCELERATION NORTHWEST

Information regarding optional Summer Tournament for Sophomores will provided to participants at a later date.

2)   Online by Credit Card or Bank Pay – a merchant fee has been added to the total cost (additional $24 for option 1; additional $30.50 for option 2 and 3).  This is the cost the Merchant passes on to us.
